Mattress Policy

In case a warranty situation does occur, your mattress will need to meet some criteria. It must be clean in order for us to bring back into our facilities to service, and during the home inspection, it must have a proper set-up. Some tips to keep your mattress in good condition and the warranty intact are:

Using a mattress encasement keeps your mattress fresh, clean, and your warranty intact. You spend 1/3 of your life on your mattress, and over time body moisture, sweat, dust and dead skin cells can get inside. Using an encasement that has a waterproof layer keeps your mattress clean and fresh.

Waterproof Layer

Mattress encasements have a waterproof layer that prevent any moisture or liquids penetrating into the mattress. This is especially important with foam mattresses, as foam acts like a sponge and can absorb body moisture and sweat.

Zipper Enclsoure

Mattress encasements cover the entire mattress and have a zipper enclosure for all-round solid protection. It keeps bacteria, bed bugs and dust away from your mattress so it stays fresh and clean.

Using a mattress encasement can protect the warranty on the mattress by preventing damage from spills, stains, and bed bugs. If the mattress becomes damaged due to one of these factors, the warranty may be voided.
